3-5 Day Excursions

Backpacking trips into various wilderness areas including mountains, streams, and remote locations. For adults and youth.

Opportunity to Disconnect

We escape from the modern amenities so that the distractions of the world no longer get in the way.

Time to Reflect and Pray

At the side of a lake, a stream, or at a mountain top take time to be still, to listen, and to reflect on your sense of the divine in your life. All are welcome regardless of faith tradition or no tradition.

We are excited to offer multiple opportunities for you to get into the wilderness. If you don’t see something that works for you, reach out and let us know!

  • Beginner Trips - I Just Want to Get Away

    This is an opportunity for you to “test the waters.” Typical trips are three days/two nights. Hikes tend to be shorter and on the easier side; around 2-3 miles one way.

  • Intermediate Trips - Give a Little More and Get a Little More

    Maybe you have done a lot of hiking but never spent the night. Or you have only gone for one or two nights. Spend a little more time in the wilderness, push yourself with a thru-hike (with reasonable miles each day), or climb a mountain or two on a slightly more demanding trip. Typical trips are 4 days with 4-10 miles each day, depending.

    This year trips include The Lost Coast Trail in CA, and the High Peaks Wilderness in NY

  • Wilderness Walks (a hybrid wilderness experience)

    You want a wilderness experience, but do not want to carry lots of gear or sleep in a shelter or a tent. We stay at a rented house (Airbnb), have community meals, and take day-long hikes/excursions in the surrounding areas and return to the modern comforts of a home.

  • Iceland Service Trip

    Join us in the Northern Part of Iceland to help with beach clean-up and reforestation. This is open for all ages

Special Events/Trips
